I eat vienna sausage! :D :D

Anyone else? These are a really handy shelf-stable low-carb snack or small meal. I like 'em with a wee touch of bbq sauce, but I've tried mayo too, which isn't bad. Have never bothered trying them in any recipes - for me they're just a good filling low-carb snack, especially if we're outta hot wings & deviled eggs!

I eat hot dogs, the Eckrich brand plain franks. 2 of them, no bun, no condiments. They make an excellent low-carb lunch when my breakfast spiked my blood sugar.

I usually get the kosher type hotdogs...they have the least amount of carbs I have found so far.
