I have used the OmniPod system for almost 2 years. While I liked the advantage of 'no tubing', I did not like the idea that "if" the pod was knocked off my body accidentally you could not use it again. That led to a lot of wasted insulin as I was never able to withdraw the insulin out of the pod and put it into a new pod. For that reason and several others I stopped the OmniPod and went to a traditional insulin pump. To use the OmniPod you need deep pockets or a very healthy wallet.

Ya I tried for a couple of months now but I did find away to get the insulin out of it. I just wanted to see if people hated it just as much as me

Who has tried the omnipod? What are your thought on it?
I have been on this pump almost a year now and find it very easy and effective to use.
Their pods are easy to use and I find them very active.
Pods are ordered by the box of 10 which last for a month.
Good back-up service is also provided.
Strongly recommend.
