Those tastes best when they are cold I think, but usual I have to eat some warm ;). Sometimes I add more Psyllium and bran to make american pancakes, and if I want to make french crêpes I just add some water.
If you makes them just as they are written you will get norwegian pancakes which are some place between french and american in thickness.
Sometimes I make them with bacon, sometimes with blueberry and sometimes just basic.
10 small pancakes
8 egg
4 dl (1 2/3 cups?) cream
4-5 tbsp sour creme
2 tsp erythritol (or the one you prefer)
3 tbsp Psyllium
3 tbsp bran
2 tsp salt

Mix everything and wait for 1/2 hour before you start to make pancakes.

I use butter in the pan for each pancake.

Each pancake will give 1,7 carbohydrates and 7 protein
