It's probably because you have too many carbs in your diet. Carbohydrates will cause you to get hungry and also make your BG hard to manage. Most of us here, especially those with T2, eat LCHF and this controls hunger as well as allowing us to keep our BG at non-diabetic levels. Drink a gallon of ice tea a week plus water. Take 5 mg glyburide a day and 12 cc of levemir a day. Average BG is 140. Feel Great for 58. But BG jumps all over the board. A1c is 7.2 last count.
