Pepperoni or Hamburger or Sausage Pizza
Pepperoni Pizza
Crust:
1 lb. very lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Pizza Sauce:
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon oregano
Suggested Toppings:
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
sliced olives
mushrooms
pepperoni slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix the crust ingredients together and pat in the bottom of a 10" X15" cookie sheet, bringing it as close to the edges as possible (It will shrink a lot.) Bake 30 min.
Drain the hamburger and pat with a paper towel to remove as much liquid as possible. Spread on the pizza sauce, add the toppings.
Return to oven and bake approximately 20 minutes until it looks the way you like it.
For Hamburger Pizza, omit the pepperoni.
For Sausage Pizza, omit the pepperoni and the crust ingredients and use sausage for the crust.
