Hi All,

I am a 32 year old male. My father has diabetic and he is using insulin injections everyday.

I have been a vegetarian for the past 10 years. Lately I realized that my blood sugar level has increased to 6.2.

This was not a spike but a gradual increase over the years.

Does this mean that I am on the verge of possible diabetic ?

I would check with my doctor,even though an increased amount of bread products would raise your blood sugar over a period of time.

all bread products,even though oatmeal,rye,&wheat will turn into glucose slower than white bread,the goal is keep your blood sugar down,hope this helps.
