As you create a post here, you should see icons across the top of the block in which you're typing. One of those icons is yellow with a mountain and a sun (?). Click on that and you will be asked to type in (or copy/paste) the URL where the picture is located. If it's an image on your own phone/computer, there are services which will host the image file (at least temporarily) and give you a URL you can use. I've used tinypic dot com in the past for random pictures off my computer but any service that provides a URL to the image should work. Keep in mind this forum has rules on image file size, content, etc.
It looks like you have been trying to display images hosted by Photobucket into the forum. This is not something Photobucket allows.
