Interesting! I like how hard groups are working on finding accurate non-invasive ways to measure blood glucose. I'm kind of used to sticking myself now, but it took a while to get over that hump. And on the mornings it takes two or three sticks to find enough blood, I'm completely over the concept....

Yes it is interesting? I wonder how responsive it is to actual changes in BG? Is there a prep procedure to actually take a sample? How long would one have to wait after eating or drinking something with glucose in it, to do a follow up test, say for instance if a type 1 was treating a hypo?

I think you would still need to do blood test in these circumstances. Well, thats what I would do. I cant wait tho, I think I might ring Uni and see if they need people for proper trials. [edit] emailed the Prof instead. Unexpected calls are probably not welcome :)

Interestingly, I’ve already heard from the Professor, and he forwarded my email to the commercial partners. So I guess I am not too late for clinical trials. Fingers crossed I get included. Soonish.
