thank you thank you. I remember looking at this before but lost it.

Ok I am thinking shannys curd in a pecan crust with whipped cream topping. Oh lord I would be in heaven. then in He** looking at it in the fridge.

I need to go back & look at the carb count.

any pics of this pie anywhere.??
I know I will taking one :whistle::p

I ran the count for the entire curd recipe using 1 cup eyrithritol crystals & equivalent amount of DaVinci syrup instead of 2 cups sugar. The whole recipe is only 22g carbs.

this is not exactly a LMP lol that i will do later.

I saw sweet cherries in the store today. maybe a cherry pie on the horizon. almond crust.? need to hunt up a recipe. :whistle: good thing I am not hungry right about now.

you are the recipe guru around here lol. what would you use to thickin up a cherry pie. last time I made one I use corn starch and or tapioka (sp) :eek:hwell:
the worst part is getting the pits out. :eek: hate that.
almond crust sounds tasty.. with whipped cream on top.. :p
