I'm just wondering, as I've only got a few links bookmarked so far, what are your favourite sites to get diabetic recipes from?

I've got these ones bookmarked (although I can't guarantee how useful they are, as I haven't had the time to go through them - they just looked promising) -

My recommendation, FWIW, is to search on "Low-carb recipes," rather than "Diabetic recipes."

"Diabetic Recipes" are typically low-fat and carb-laden! And spiked me, anyhow.
I didn't even think of that, although I probably should have - I got a bunch of books from the library, & I've been thoroughly disappointed by the diabetes recipe books, I can't believe how many recipes in them have pasta & rice

I grabbed some low carb recipe books & have gotten much better results. Thanks for the advice :)

Linda's Low Carb is one such ... (not ME, another Linda!).
And our own recipe board has a few killer recipes too! :D Any time you find something that really trips your trigger, be sure to share it there. ;)
Oh I plan on it! I have this thing for recipes... *LOL*

I've actually already gone through the recipe board & put the recipes I like into my cookbook program... but since I started my diet, I've taken out over 400 recipes (from around 900, so it's a pretty big percentage), & I'm trying to find more to fill the gaps :)
Speaking of diet, it finally dawned on me that I can eat grapefruit again, because doc took me off the statin! So I bought a couple last night & now will have to test how much of a spike I get. Cross your fingers for me, cuz I dearly LOVE my grapefruit with a dash salt!
Linda's Low Carb www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ is my favorite and

I avoid the ADA recipes and most cookbooks with the word diabetic in them unless they are specifically low carb. Dana Carpender has 5 or 6 great Low Carb Cookbooks. Most recipes between 2-8 carbs per serving. You can find them on Amazon. There are also a bunch of low carb blogs like Low Carb Friends and Ginny's Low Carb Kitchen that are great.
