Recently diagnosed, I've been studying everything I can find. I am older than dirt (74) and have some common disabilities, such as COPD, which reduces my ability to engage in strenuous prolonged exercise. My appetite isn't what it used to be, so I fill up fast and right now am several pounds underweight.
Are there any resources, internet, books, etc., specifically for older people with type 2 diabetes? My blood glucose is coming under good control with diet alone, but I'd like to do everything possible to maintain gains and improve my overall fitness. My stamina sucks.
