A couple of weeks ago, I was reading on here and posted how I really missed hash browns. To be honest potatoes in any form I miss, but like you all a potato is a 100pt spike. I don't need that. Well someone mentioned roasted califlour. So to all you who told me about that thanks. I'm the only diabetic in my home but this is now one of our favorites. Keep sending me gear low card dishes, the variety will help keep eating fun.
