Hospital has been very accommodating with the low carb veg. Choices. No to grt all the heart, mental, and diabetes meds to mesh well.

11.9 this morning. Much better although scale difference is 2 kg. But could be because my home scale is different than hospital scale. Good news to start the day!

Morning reading was 10.1 today big drop from yesterday. Can't wait ti see tomorrow's results. No fast acting lastnight just insulatard. Motivating to say the least!!
