The only `diet` I am on for mine is the Scottish Slimmers one which lets you eat loads of things AND keep sugars down. Last 2 weeks have lost 6lbs..... still going, bit of a way to go

Its a club that has a full book of suggestions to eat. You can `join` online, I could`nt begin to explain about 25 cals to 1 check and such like.
