My BS was out of control and high for so long that now when its somewhat under control with readings in the 80's and 90's my hands shake ever so slightly that it makes the screen on my meter look like its starting to cut out. Does anyone know how long it should take for my body today adjust to this and stop shaking?

Can't promise a time frame, but if you're staying the course & getting good readings, it shouldn't take very long at all for your body to realize these low levels are much better than before. It's just that it's accustomed to running so high, it thinks things are coming unhinged at normal safe numbers. It might be gradual & you'll just one day realize that your "shakes" have departed! :)
