About 2-3 hours after i eat (especially breakfast) i get incredibly shaky, as if i was hopped up on caffeine. I actually thought it was caffeine, but i cut coffee out a few mornings and it still happens. I if i do not eat something I start to have trouble comprehending things, have trouble talking, and even get kinda dizzy. I also notice that sometimes during the day i will feel tired for no reason at all(i usually get 8 hours of sleep), and feel absolutely fine after a short time. I am 20, 5' 9", and 155lbs, in college, and consider my diet and lifestyle much healthier than the norm. My sister has type 2 diabetes, but i think that had more to do with her weight. Could these be signs of diabetes?
