Shrimp And Noodles Parmesan

Ingredients:

-8 ounces uncooked no-yolk egg noodles
-1 pound raw peeled shrimp, rinsed and patted dry
-1/4 cup reduced non-fat margarine (35% vegetable oil)
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-black pepper to taste
-3 tablespoons grated fresh parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting
any salt ot fat.

2. Meanwhile, place a large non-stick skillet over medium
heat until hot. Coat with non-stick cooking spray and saute?
the shrimp for 4-5 minutes or until opaque in the center,
stirring frequestly.

3. Drain the noodles well in a colander and place in a pasta
bowl. Add the margarine, shrimp, salt and pepper and toss
gently. Sprinkle evenly with the parmesan cheese.

*If you buy frozen shrimp, place it in a colander and run
under cold water until the shrimp are partially thawed
(about 1 minute).
