Simple Peanut Butter Fudge
I used creamy peanut butter this time, it was really good. I like mine sweet so you may add the sweeteners in increments until you get the desired sweetness.
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of ground Flax seed
1/4- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups of Almond flour, depending on how dry you want the fudge to be.
I used 1/2 cup of powdered eryhtritol and 1/2 cup Splenda and a dash of salt
Everything in the food processor until it turned to a liquid that I was able to pour into a greased dinner plate. Into the freezer for a few minutes then the fridg.
