Woke up feeling my heart racing, trembling and hot, although the room was cool and thought my sugar might be low so I tested and it was. Not sure I may have double dosed on my RX.

That's why getting old stinks; I forget some times if I have taken my meds or not; and caution makes me take them anyway, because if I don't thats a time when I should have and when I do thats a time when I shouldn't have. Go figure.

I think this was a time when I shouldn't have.

After going to the movies and consuming an X-Large Bucket of Buttered Popcorn and a Cup of Bulletproof Coffee and tow swigs of straight MCT oil no chaser. Cleaned me right out. Lost 2 pounds finally as I have been on a plateau for almost 3 weeks weight wise.

I did something stupid and it somehow kickstarted my keto. Go figure. Maybe I am not supposed to figure this thing out and just do my best each and every day trusting Him.

after dinner and a nap of two Jamaican Beef Patties; nutritional information varies widely but I will go with 18g carbs per patty. Tried but couldn't eat just one.

36 carbs almost double what I have been having most days.

First fasting BG test after 24 hours of reduced Metformin and no Glipizide, I am terrorized by such a high reading but will concentrate in testing more around meals and constraining my carb intake and increasing my fat intakes. I guess I have to pump up my game and definitely get to exercising to be successful in this next phase because I truly hate meds.
