Stayed up late reading motorcycle proficiency manual as I got my bike back on the road yesterday. Seems like taking my 1 metformin before sleep is beginning to show results. Good night's rest. Feeling positive.

Craved fresh salad so yesterday I went to whole foods and put together a giant one that will last me a couple of days. I needed green veggies.

So hyped from my weight being down to 244.4 lbs and getting my motorcycle cleaned, polished and prepped to ride that I couldn't until sunrise. Taking the single metformin late at night seems to be doing the trick.
