Smooth sailing still with low carb diet although I've tweaked it to suit me. I overdid it and ended up not getting enough carbs for my activity level. Now it's going great, don't need to count so much, don't need to keep a food journal, and life is well... good! :cheer2:
I think it's the first time in many many manyyy years I haven't been doing so well and for so many months in a row. It's new to me. I still take it one day at a time though. I don't want to feel over confident and fall off the wagon again. I have a big bad cold at the moment and my levels haven't changed. Wow!
