The same contaminant was previously found in some blood pressure medications and Zantac.

Looks like Viona Pharmaceuticals second recall in the last 8 months. 2 lots last time 23 lots this time. Seems like someone should be looking at the suppliers of the ER constituents. Would they, whomever they are, happen to be the suppliers to all who've had NMDA recalls?

Fair question, mbuster. As etherea noted, NMDA has been found in many pharmaceuticals in different classes. No idea who does that kind of root-cause investigation. I suspect lots of it would have to cross international boundaries.
