I keep a bottle by my bed in case I go hypo in the night ...

I walked in last evening and the lid was off, and HALF A BOTTLE was gone

I knew who it was ... so I rounded them all up and asked. OF COURSE they all denied it. I began talking about how sick they could make someone who did not need them, how they might need their stomach pumped out ... how they are medicine for ME, not to be sneaked as candies ... and how they pump out stomach contents, THROUGH YOUR NOSE ....

My son was very, very pale, by the time I finished. I kept asking him all evening, "You feel okay, Sam?" He would just say, "uh uh ...." But he sure acted cautious and well-behaved, the rest of the evening.

I do not usually lie to my kids, but I do suspect my stash will not be interfered with, again. Those stupid things are EXPENSIVE.

I'm sorry, I know it's not really funny, but this made me laugh. Kids, man. What can you do, eh?

I'm just as evil as you. My kid asked me one time what they were, and I told her they were fish flavored.
