Hooray! This soup worked for me, and I had two modest bowls (probably 1.5 c):
Butter or olive oil
1/3 white onion
6 cloves garlic
large sprig fresh rosemary (or powder the dried leaves)
1 bag frozen cauli
1/2 bag frozen spinach
Olive oil (EVOO if you have it, for flavor)
Cream
salt and pepper to taste
saute the onion, garlic, rosemary and cauli
puree, adding spinach as you go ...
Return to heat, add cream, and correct the seasoning.
