Hi Suzi! I'm Linda, and I have joint issues that require me to get cortisone shots, and it always raises my blood sugars... so I feel your pain. I just found this site today, and I am wondering why I never looked for a site like this before. The information is wonderful, and it seems like such a great support system too!
