Hi Terri-Hello Tim:
Good to see you here. Welcome!
Aw! What a Pretty and self-confident Young Lady that you have there. Good for her. She did an Excellent job on the video. She will go far.
I've had Type 1 for 47 years without a pump. So your Daughter will have an even longer time with Life. (Not as long as Richard thoughj/k). Tell her to phone the Canadian government and tell them that the Pod is a Good pump.
I wanted a lesson from the pump instructor but she already told me over the phone that the Pod won't be here for some time yet. I'm thinking maybe it hasn't been approved here. Oh well, I'm in no hurry. I Really hope that Tara does Well with her pump and Diabetes, of course. She is certainly right...Kids can be cruel. I can honestly say that no one bothered or teased me about having Diabetes so I hope it will be the same for Tara.
Hi Tim,Well, apparently I need to be here a little longer to be able to add links.
But go to YouTube...then search TARA and OMNIPOD, she'll be at the top.
