My memory was jogged last weekend shopping to an old favorite snack. Adapted it for lower carbs - using ~1/8" thick slices of Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkled lightly with Jalapeno's and the juice. Pop in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to warm/melt the cheese.
MMMM :target: but some (my Wife) object to the Jalapeno, just use a drop or two of juice for taste.
Before D I'd put the cheese on tortilla chips along with a fair amount of the Jalapeno's but the carbs (for me) are better to avoid or limit.
