I think I'm going to change my signature. I am going to replace LCHF with KETO. The Consonant, Vowel, Consonant, Vowel sounds less monotonous than Consonant, Consonant, Consonant, Consonant. My LCHF is KETO, but Keto just sounds less bland as a descriptor.

Well, decapitation wouldn’t be fatal if the brain weren’t required for function.

I was looking for batteries. I went through a number of drawers all around the house.

Now back before I was diagnosed I’d bought some groceries. During my hunt for batteries, I found some hidden treats.

When I came running into the living room and told my wife I found my ding dong in her secret stash...

Thought our son was going to have a heart attack.

Been missing sweets and bread so much...
Last night after eating an absolutely delicious vegetable stir fry and taste testing some very low carb pancake substitutes, which got my blood sugar up to a whopping 98, I had a dream.

I dreamed of a big, beautiful, magnificent Honey Bun! It was as big as a double king bed. I crawled up on it and rolled around. Snuggled in under the frosting like a warm blanket. I woke up to evidence that I’d been chewing on my pillow in my sleep.

So I looked at them this morning in the gas station. 68 grams of carbs in that jumbo honey bun. My doctor told me to try and stay under 35 per meal.

I bought one. I went outside and split it with the homeless fella hanging out around the corner. I gave him about 2/3 and a $10 bill, leaving me with a snack of 22 grams approximately and him with enough money for another meal later.

I got so into it, I bit my damn finger. HARD.
It was worth it.

Well I can’t count on always having a homeless fella nearby to share with!

Well you could always save some. It wouldn’t mind eating a third of a honey bun and putting the rest in the fridge.
I live in Louisiana, and I’m an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. At least I was, before I started working 60+ hours per week...

It can really be like this sometimes. Except our dinosaurs are smaller than this guy.
