Heh. We're three or four months away from even seeing our grass again. The high today will be above freezing for the first time in ... quite a while. The grass was greening up last week, fire ant mounds were peaking, today its sleeting.
Only grass greening up here are the legal commercial pot operations - right now we have a couple of feet of snow and it's suppose to rain this weekend - that will make things very messy - yesterday morning it was 1 degree Fahrenheit and today it's 33 degrees Fahrenheit - I sure will be happy once May gets here ....Heh. But we don't have fire ants. You can keep those!
I got one of those for DW/BH and she loves it! Probably the best gift I ever got her. I'd go crazy sleeping under one, but she finds it very comforting.weighted blankets
I have had readings in the 40s before, I could barely hold my meter to test. I usually start showing symptoms of being low in the low 80s, shaky hands and vision spots.I got an alert from my meter app that I had an "out of range" reading. It was a 77 and I was kind of proud of it. Apparently they think anything under 80 warrants a first alert and anything under 70 is another level of alert. The high alert doesn't start until 180-350.
I've been having the same problem with cauliflower -- fresh is easily found; frozen not so much.I've been trying to buy okra for quite some time.
