Hm... I'd place my vitamin D at arround 100 I guess... I don't eat any fish (due to my alergies) or any products related to it and to my knowledge that leaves only eggs as my main intake of these... So about 2 times a week I eat 5 eggs for dinner (they say 1 egg contais 20 IU)

It's said that it helps the sceletal structure... Don't know, my bones are tough enough. I play basketball with my friends. Though it's a rough sport when it comes to us. I even had my legs kicked at full power while playing football (to some it might be known by a strange word of soccer).

Actually compared to my friends I get up from these injuries a whole lot faster...
