'm a type 2 diabetic and since DH and I are thinking of having kids soon, I'm really watching my sugar levels. So I'm buying foods that have less sugar or are artificially sweetened. I try to stay away from aspartame but every one in a while I like a diet soda. I'm looking in my fridge and my low-cal chocolate pudding snack is sweetened with sucralose, so is my yogurt, and I have a bottle of diet dr.pepper (that one does have aspartame). The yogurt and pudding I buy all the time.
I'm starting to wonder if I'm taking in too much of this stuff and if I should be worried about it.
