I can't find a reason for the numerous sugar lows following lunch, on most days. I keep adjusting my Novolog, but, since I exercise before lunch, I seem to have a dip every few days, and that can even be after having a meal rich with carbs to counteract the exercise. I'm also trying to have lunch 4 to 5 hours after breakfast.

I was hoping someone may have a suggestion.

I too have to restrict my bolus insulin after I exercise. AND my basal goes down with repeated exercise over several days, and back up if I dont exercise for several days. All part of the insulin fun.

Thanks.... that makes me feel a lot better. This forum has been like having a big family. When I have a concern, there are always people, like yourself, who have an answer that makes me feel normal again!

I guess this is something I'll have to learn to adjust to, and live with.
