I can't find a reason for the numerous sugar lows following lunch, on most days. I keep adjusting my Novolog, but, since I exercise before lunch, I seem to have a dip every few days, and that can even be after having a meal rich with carbs to counteract the exercise. I'm also trying to have lunch 4 to 5 hours after breakfast.
I was hoping someone may have a suggestion.
