I am a student at the University of Minnesota studying biomedical engineering. As part of my senior year, I am working with a team on a design project where we are looking to develop a oxygen delivery device to help facilitate quicker healing of diabetic topical ulcers. As part of the design process we are looking to get some feedback from people who have experienced topical ulcers. I would also like to remind you that any information we use will be kept strictly confidential and no personal information will ever be shared. With that in mind if people were interested please respond to the following questions:

- What has your treatment been like?
- Where any devices or technology used in your treatment?
- What did you like/dislike about your treatment/the device?
- If you could change anything about your treatment / the device what would you do?

Feel free to post any other comments or opinions that you may have. Thank you for all of your help, time, and considerations. We really appreciate it. Take care.
