Can't make that link work, but here's another one: I didn't know he has diabetes.

Thanks, Shanny ... I posted it wonky on FB, too!

Yeah, and he is "Not FAT!" :D
I thought this part was interesting. "during the first season of 30 Rock, he didn’t take the disease seriously."

I was sharing a house with a few people and one of them was a diabetic who had a similar attitude. He knew he had diabetes and that was why he woke up 3 times a night to urinate  but he didn't want to know absolutely anything else about diabetes.

He was quite firm about this and he also happened to be the most unpleasant person in the house, so I was happy to not bother him with information. But sooner or later it is all going to catch up with him.

My father was not fat either. He is type II. Even with eating properly he is taking insulin.

Me I was fat. No really fat and after losing 75 pounds still am overweight by 25 pounds but don't take insulin. It can hit anyone I guess.

Oh yes it can. I barely made it into the obese range before I suddenly lost a lot and then got diagnosed ... still wondering if the D or the obestiy came first, too!
Wow, I didn't realize Tracy Morgan was diabetic either...a kidney transplant's a pretty serious surgery, he'll have to be on a lot of immune suppressing medications. He's lucky they found a suitable kidney for him.

I noticed they did not say if it was an anonymous or relative donor ...
