Trouble finding logs

Does anyone know a good web site to down load blood glucose log sheets? Log books are heard to find.
Walmart carries all the supply's but no log books.
I would appropriate any information.

I have never seen one in a store and I have looked. I even looked at the big bookstore chains. There are a lot to choose from though if you order online. I found several.

Hi, Jimfish. Welcome aboard. Wish I knew the answer to your question . . . I started out using an ordinary columnar cash journal, but then when diabetic journal came along, I just log everything there & print up reports when I need them.

Very nice web site....I had no idea that was there. The meter I use has a built in log book...I can input medicine...amount of carbs eaten, any symptoms I am having, excercise, etc and then link it to my computer where I can print logs, graphs, etc.

just read your message about log books, I did a search and found this one for free the exact same one I use and like it...

here is the link to the log book

send me an email and I will email file to you, for some reason I cannot post a link.

I tried to attach the file but cannot find a way to do that
