Ok,

I learned something from trying to see how many days in a row I can hit my walking steps for the day (12K per day). I found I will push myself a little further to make sure I did the steps. there were 2 days so far in this streak (currently 10) that I would definitely NOT hit my 12K steps if I didn't try to see how many day in a row I can do it.

if you have anything you are struggling with.. (eating right, exercising, no cheat meals, etc), anything that you want to improve, post it here and try to see how many days in a row you can do better. We could all use a push now and then and by seeing how many days in a row you can do something to better yourself, you will have motivation to succeed.
