The port looks like a little nipple and has a needle on the back side of it. You insert it like a syringe and then instead of giving yourself single injections, you insert your syringe in the little opening. It has adhesive that keeps it in place and you can keep it on for 3 days. I am allergic to most adhesives so I might not be able to tolerate it. I will let you know what I think. I have never heard of this. Sounds sort of like the same principle as the access sites for the pump...no?
