Welcome to DF. One thing we like to do is eat, here. Check out the food forum for some fantastic recipes. For me the biggest bg spiker is wheat flour, so I avoid it like the plague. I substitute things like almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed and even whey poweder in my recipes. This cuts the carbs down about 75%. I also use a lot of low carb/gluten free blogs for my recipe and menu ideas. Here are a few that I like
