Taking a vitamin C tablet twice daily can benefit people with type 2 diabetes by lowering elevated blood sugar levels across the day and minimizing spikes in blood sugar after meals, new research has found. If I were to take every supplement recommended for diabetes, I would need a special set of shelves to store them all, along with a second job to pay for them all.

That being said, this study may have gotten my attention. I might test this for a bit to see if I notice a difference.
