So i have amazing news!! I got married last Friday and not only and i married to the most amazing man, I now have Insurance!!! I have a doctors appt next thursday, i know it won't be good seeing as my pump braking and not being able to afford to test my blood sugars. But its a path to being healthy again and i am VERY excited. Thank you to all that have helped me on this frustrating road without insurance. Thank you for all the insight and Ideas. I will update after my doctors appt! :D

So do you have to go through a pre existing disease waiting period or has it passed.

Congrats! What a relief, eh?

I went several months without health insurance several years ago after I lost my job. My new job at the time did not offer insurance and I had a waiting period before I got on the terrible state plan (EXPENSIVE..and didn't cover a lot of my stuff). So my health definitely suffered. Pretty much every penny I made went towards diabetes.
