Thankyou Cathy for sharing ideas with us as I make fried tomataos on toast.

Olive oil.
tomatoes chopped.
some spices to what ever you have on hand??
A little sugar to taste. ;)
toast. :)

Heat oil in pan and add the tomatoes and once that the tomatoes are cooked add the spices & sugar. Make your toast and tomatoes on the toast. Enjoy. ;)

Doesn't it make the toast soggy? Or do you eat it that fast that it doesn't get the chance? :p
I have it with toast without the butter and yes it do soak the toast but I love it.
I try to do away from using butter if I can as it's a proven cholesterol additive. :( However exercise will get the HDL (The good stuff) in your body. Much like the vitamin D as sunshine will get this going. And I can stand to be corrected here.
Tonight I had some fun with measuring the rice for counting carb value and with the database that's on the scales makes counting easy.
I must get some olive oil tomorrow and I will look for roma tomatoes too. :D
