I was for 20 years, then found out I had diabetes. Not long after I read that a vegetarian diet is naturally high carb. (oh oh) Decided it was time to switch over to fried chicken :)

But over the last couple of years I've been going back to vegetarian. Not because of anything I am thinking but just don't feel like eating meat much anymore. The only time I've had it for a long time is traveling, when it can be hard to get something vegetarian, at an airport for example.

Anyone else around here, or any comments? Wondering about the experiences and consequences, etc.
