My generalist sent me to see a nephrologist because my legs are swollen all the time .Had a Rendez-Vous at 11h20am yesterday .Young specialist ,she 's having me passing a complete blood exam plus an scan for the heart .She changed my medication a bit cut 2 med and she added 0ne.I'm going for thr scan on the 30th of dec and the blood exam any day next week .I'm seeing her Jan 05 ,2009 .Have to wait now for the exams.I will keep you up to date .Bye RickyAnd by the way i'm very lucky here in montreal usually when you have an appointment at the hospital the waiting time is long .I got out at 11hr10 ,10 minutes before my appointment .That's service .

Good Luck hun! Hope things turn out good.. And that sounds amazing to be out of the Dr. before your appointment time!! That don't happen very often no matter where you live!

Awww Ricky....I'm sorry to hear that Lad. Geez, I do hope that all your tests come out okay. I'm also hoping that it was just the med. causing the swelling. I'm really Glad that you got fast service anyways. Hard to come by now a days when so many of our Drs.
went South. I'm praying for Good test results only.
