Hi ,

Pasting : 105

Morning Breakfast at 8AM
walk for 30 mins to reach office .
After 1HR BG : 130

Lunch at 12:45PM
walk for 45 mins to 1 hour .
After 1HR BG : 160


Snacks & no walk

Lunch at 07:30PM
walk for 45 mins to 1 hour .
After 1HR BG : 160

is it good ? Should I follow the same ?

how many carbs in your breakfast and snack? what are you sugars at 2hrs post meal?

walking/exercise is generally good at lowering sugars. sometimes w/ intense exercise it causes a spike in sugars

What did you eat? Walking is always good. What you ate is most likely the cause of your elevated blood sugar, not the walking.
