Water - How has it helped in the management of your diabetes?
It doesn't. The water here is so chemical and element laden that its practically impossible to drink. Even the bottled water company has a hard time processing the water.autumnleaves said:Water - How has it helped in the management of your diabetes?
tish:I drink a lot of it now. I stay thirsty, even with my bs in the 5's.
I dilute a coke lite with 1/3 of water and add ice.
I drink water with mint & lemon.
Both bottled and tap.
Im inclined to think it would drown the food faster.
Hi,tish:
Thanks. I guess even with good blood sugar levels, we diabetics, are really having problems with thirst. Although many years back I read that most people have problems with dehydration; but don't realize it.
I am just now understanding that the aftertaste that came from food eaten will remain and result in false longings for more food. In fact the body does not need the food rather, it is dehydrated and needs water.
It was. Fixed now....Sounds like an error.
