Hello and welcome, mountain ride. You seem to be getting a good grip on your situation - those are pretty nice numbers you've achieved since diagnosis. And "intrusion" is a good word . . . very well describes this uninvited hitchhiker who has moved in on us forever.

Do make yourself at home with us . . . looking forward to getting better acquainted.

take care & hurry back,

(Darned if you don't remind me of my own first cousin who lives in north-central California & who also rides a Harley & drives a 'vette! Must be something in the air out there! heheh!)

Welcome aboard, Intruder. :D I can't tell whether you are type 1, or 2. Do you inject insulin? I started using insulin for my type 1 in 1945. Have used it for 65 years now. I'm doing very well.

Good luck to you in the years ahead.

Richard

T-2 and I do not inject...goal is to stay away from the "needle"
All of this takes work...some days I am motivated and some days..who cares..but all days I keep to the regiment...

I am encouraged by what I read here...and have already leared a few things...thanks!!!
