... great idea, to supplement Magnesium. Except: The ONLY dietary source they mention is whole grains.

Which cites Bowes and Churches, no less ... WHOLE GRAINS are not the best source of magnesium! Seeds and nuts are! Sheesh.

Support your local grain growers??? Or is it because those fatty nuts are "fattening?" Either way, they fell down on the job.

Now, go eat some pumpkin seeds or almonds or something!

I usually love conspiracy theories, but I wish the journalist who did this would LOOK IT UP! Bowes and Church's is a veritable font of such information. I am considering buying a copy in order to defend my diet!

Oh, it was WONDERFUL! :):):)

I will try to post the recipe -- but it went together very simply, too!

Of course I overate -- was 143 at 2.5 hours. Gotta watch that ... had my artichoke-mushroom soup, too!
