went for my checkup, last one was the first week of April.
my dr was pleased with my weight gain. their scale has me near 190. i was fully clothed, shoes on, etc. but i wasnt complaining, as they seemed happy that i had that number. i myself no longer step on a scale because that makes me eat less, which i am not allowed to do.
the "strange" part of the visit were looking at my lab numbers.....pretty much across the board, everything remained the same. very strange indeed.

All these months you've been off the meds now - you're doing a heckuva job, Eric. I'm really glad to see the weight gain, and I think you're going about it the right way too. It's a little like the years I spent trying to get to sleep at night. Once I threw the cussed clock outta the bedroom, I got so I slept like a baby. Otherwise, every time I'd stir, I'd see what time it was & that only kept me awake longer. Now that you don't weigh yourself, you aren't distracted by that number.
