JOSHUA! How splendid is that?!! Holy cow! What an amazingly incredible recovery - keep on keepin' on!
Congratulations! I knew it was going to be good since your daily FBS has been really good....For my first A1C. It will be three months tomorrow since I have been diagnosed, although it feels like 3 years. So naturally I couldn't sleep last night and my morning number was relatively high.
I got there and they did a simple finger prick. Put the drop of blood on some little strip, much like I use in my BGM. They put that in the machine and 6 minutes later it spits out a number...
5.6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was really excited about that. Hope it continues. I am now going to update my signature.
Thanks for the thoughts and prayers and help over these last couple months guys.
Joshua
Thanks Richard. I was actually kinda nervous thinking it still might be elevated because it was needing to come down from such a high number. We were actually "taking bets" at the Dr.'s office as to what it was going to be. No one, not even myself, guessed THAT low.By gosh Josh, that is fantastic!!
