My favorite grocery store cooks ribs on a grill every holiday weekend between Memorial Day and Labor Day. I bought two slabs without sauce today--It's what's for dinner for a few nights!

Baked Lemon Butter Tilapia

tilapia fillets baked with melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest. Takes only a few minutes to prepare and bake. I used defrosted frozen fish.
Delicious, but you need to really like lemon and garlic (no problem for me!)

I made a pot of vegetable beef soup in the instant pot last night. It's probably the 4th or 5th gallon I've made in the last month or so. This has ground beef, but I've made it with Italian sausage and a beef/pork mixture in the past. I use whatever veggies I have on hand, fresh or frozen. I like to use a bag of slaw so I don't have so much chopping. My BH is a seasoning wizard so he does that part. Every batch has been different and all have been good.

The last of the venison chili we made yesterday and some raw vegetables with blue cheese dip.

Last night was grilled ribeye, cauliflower mash with bacon and cheddar, with fresh green beans! We were celebrating anniversary #45. We're both pretty tolerant, laid back people, but my husband says we've stayed together because we both like crazy people. :crazy:

It's still fairly new and it seems to do chicken really well. We've done chicken wings and a whole chicken. Bacon and hamburgers were not so good! They tasted good, but smoked up the house so that we had to open a window.

I've been having wraps made with a new product I found at Kroger. Crystal Farms Cheese Wraps

Both Mozzarella and Marble Cheddar have 0 carbs and 6 grams of fat. I like the Mozzarella best, but both are good. Also, the mozzarella seems to wrap better.
Their website has some ideas I may try for tostados, tacos, and pinwheel wraps.
I see from their website that they are available at Walmart also.

I made a tuna salad last night with sugar free pickle relish and a boiled egg. I don't know why I don't do this more often?

We bought a package of Coconut Curry Nut Crumbs from The Robust Olive Olive Oil | The Robust Olive | United States and used it for a recipe that the owner gave us and to "bread" some chicken. The nut crumbs come in Spicy and Italian also.

Cooked a pork loin in the air fryer yesterday and having leftovers today.

I bought a case of chicken broth at Sam's Club and have had that with a touch of toasted sesame oil for dinner the last 2 nights. Morning numbers show that's a good choice!

I went to a wine tasting last night. In addition to the wine there were plates of cheese, olives and smoked salmon. I considered that my dinner.

Luckily I like the drier red wines! I did taste the white wines, but drank the red.
